Ava Max on the "crazy" COVID testing needed to make her "risqué" new video

Atlantic RecordsAva Max has released a sexy, dance-heavy video for her latest hit "My Head & My Heart" -- and she says those shots of her getting up-close-and-personal with a male dancer required, not a lot of rehearsal, but a lot of testing.

"It was like four different tests: two days before, one day before, the day on set, then temperature checks!" Ava laughs, explaining what it was like trying to film the video under strict COVID-19 guidelines. "Oh, and then test again! Oh, and wear masks in between scenes...it's crazy!"

Still, the tests allowed her to create a clip that she says is "almost a little like more risqué than I usually do."

"It just shows the nightlife and what we go through when we're in the nightlife, and if we've ever experienced being torn [between] your head and your heart," she tells ABC Audio. "It's filled with dancing...this is probably [the] most dancing I've ever done in a music video...It makes you want to have fun and, I think, get out of his quarantine!"

Ava Max released "My Head & My Heart" after her debut album Heaven & Hell came out in September.  So does that mean the song is the first of a bunch of new songs she'll include on a deluxe edition of the album?  Well, maybe.

"You know, it might be but we're actually playing around with some different ideas because I am working on the next project," she teases. "There's a lot of options in the air right now!"

Blake Shelton says Adam Levine “owes” him a wedding performance, but he’d prefer Miley

Blake Shelton says Adam Levine “owes” him a wedding performance, but he’d prefer Miley

Tommaso Boddi/WireImageWhile Blake Shelton would love to take Miley Cyrus up on her offer to sing at his wedding to Gwen Stefani, the country star feels his former The Voice nemesis Adam Levine “owes” him a wedding performance.

Last month, Miley tweeted, "@gwenstefani @blakeshelton I'll be your wedding singer! I promise to be on my best behavior. Or worst. whatever you want! It's your special day! Cheers to loving you both almost as much as you love each other!"

"Gwen was showing me that she even said, 'I promise to be on my best behavior,'" Blake tells People of Miley’s offer. "I've known Miley long enough [for her to have to say], 'By the way, I'll be nice when I get here.' So that was nice of her.”

He adds, “I don't know what we're going to do, but I still say Adam owes me a full-band performance with Maroon 5, mostly because I want it to cost him. I would rather have Miley as a human being."

Nice to know Blake and Adam’s love/hate bromance is alive and well, despite Adam leaving The Voice in 2019.

Season 20 of The Voice premieres March 1 at 8 p.m. ET on NBC.

Lady Gaga's dad says the family is "sick over" robbery of Gaga's dogs

Gaga with Koji; MPI67/Bauer-Griffin/GC Images)Lady Gaga's father Joe Germanotta says the entire family is "just sick over" the terrible incident Wednesday night in which Gaga's dog walker, Ryan Fischer, was shot and two of her three French bulldogs were stolen.

Fischer is expected to recover; Gaga is now offering a $500,000 reward for the return of Koji and Gustavo, no questions asked. Speaking to the New York Post, Germanotta said, "We’re just sick over it, it’s really horrible. It’s like someone took one of your kids.”

Germanotta said he'd already spoken "several times" with his daughter, who's in Rome filming a movie.  He says he told a distraught Gaga to "be strong" and remember that the two Frenchies are "together" and are "comforting each other."

Gaga's third Frenchie, Miss Asia, managed to escape and was later recovered.

Meanwhile, a source tells Entertainment Tonight, "Lady Gaga is beside herself about this situation. Ryan is not only her dog walker, but also her friend. She is horrified that this happened."

"Her dogs are her babies and she is completely devastated and sickened by this," the source continues. "She feels somewhat helpless because she is far away in Italy, but is doing everything she can and praying for Ryan, Koji and Gustavo."

Videos by Taylor Swift, Camila Cabello, Harry Styles nominated for Production Design Awards

Videos by Taylor Swift, Camila Cabello, Harry Styles nominated for Production Design Awards

Beth GarrabrantThe videos for Taylor Swift's "Cardigan," Camila Cabello's "Oh My My" and Harry Styles' "Falling" have all been nominated for the 25th Annual Excellence in Production Design Awards, handed out by the Art Directors Guild.

Production design means the overall aesthetic of a movie, TV show, commercial or video, which helps tell the story.

"Cardigan," " My Oh My" and "Falling" are included in the Short Format: Web series, music video or commercial category.  Camila's video and Harry's video had the same production designer, though the aesthetic of Harry and Taylor's videos are somewhat similar.

In Harry's video, he's shown wearing a frilly blouse while playing the piano in a room. Water erupts out of the piano and slowly begins to fill the room, until he and the piano are both completely submerged.

In Taylor's video, she's playing an old upright piano in a cabin.  She opens the top of the piano, climbs into it and finds herself in a magical forest, playing a moss- covered grand piano that has a waterfall spilling out of it.  She then opens up the piano bench, climbs into it and finds herself swimming in a stormy sea. She swims over to a floating piano, climbs inside it, and ends up back in her cabin, soaking wet.

As for Camila's video, it's a mini-movie in which she plays a '50s-era actress who gets tired of playing a damsel in distress in black-and-white films. After meeting a budding film director, she ends up starring in a full-color film where she's the hero, slicing and dicing bad guys left and right with her Japanese sword.

The winners will be announced at a virtual ceremony that will stream on April 10 at 7 p.m. ET.

Ava Max unleashes sexy new dance-centric video for "My Head & My Heart"

Atlantic RecordsAva Max says that her new video for "My Head & My Heart" will show fans "for the first time...the true me on screen."  If that's true, then the true Ava is someone who really likes to dance.

In the video, Ava and a group of male and female dancers writhe, gyrate and perform full-on group choreography in the club. Ava sings the upbeat dance banger while getting into some super-steamy clinches with the male dancers.

“This is hands down my favorite music video I’ve ever done," Ava says in a statement, adding, "Come DANCE with me!”

Ava will sing the track tonight on ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live!

"My Head & My Heart," which extrapolates the 2000 hit "All Around the World (La La La La La)" by ATF, is available on the digital edition of Ava's album Heaven & Hell. It's the follow-up to "Kings & Queens," which is still going strong on the chart and has racked up close to 850 million streams globally.

Watch Kelly Clarkson sing one of Dr. Jill Biden's favorite songs in the East Room of the White House

Watch Kelly Clarkson sing one of Dr. Jill Biden's favorite songs in the East Room of the White House

White House/Chandler WestKelly Clarkson's big sit-down interview with First Lady Dr. Jill Biden aired Thursday, and part of the show featured Kelly singing a special cover song just for Dr. Biden, in the East Room of the White House.

Joined by her musical director Jason Halbert on piano, Kelly sang a gentle, beautiful version of "Get Together," the 1967 hit by The Youngbloods. The first lady said it was one of her favorite songs, and it certainly hits home President Joe Biden's theme of "unity."

"Come on people now/Smile on your brother/Everybody get together/Try to love one another right now," Kelly sang.

Also during the episode, Dr. Biden introduced Kelly to the White House dogs, Champ and Major, and Kelly did a lightning round when she asked Dr. Biden to say the first thing that comes into her mind when she said a certain word.  When Kelly said, "Bridgerton" -- the hit Netflix show -- Dr. Biden said, "Costumes...romance!"

"We're so different!" Kelly laughed. "My first word would have been different!"

"O.K., I know which episode you're talking about!" laughed Dr. Biden.

"It might be episode five!" Kelly laughed.

For those who haven't watched, Bridgerton episode five features a lot of, um, sexytime.

That time I asked @FLOTUS about what comes to her mind when she hears the word… #Bridgerton! #FLOTUSonKELLY pic.twitter.com/TFB6AAst9P

Nick Jonas releases new song

Nick Jonas releases new song "Spaceman," album of same name coming March 12

Anthony Mandler/Island RecordsNick Jonas has released his new solo song "Spaceman," which he tells Apple Music's Zane Lowe explores the idea of being disconnected from others, as we've all been during the pandemic.  It's the first release from an upcoming solo album, also called Spaceman, which arrives March 12.

"I...love moments when I'm able to take an idea, a concept, in this case, that feeling of just trying to capture what this year looked like as far as that isolation," he says of the project.

"I was away from my wife for a few months while she was filming a movie and that's when I started making the record," Nick reveals. "And then the reconnection, understanding there is hope on the other side."

"I feel like the album is inherently hopeful and I want people to feel that when they listen to it," he adds.

As for "Spaceman," Nick says the concept came to him when he thought, "What's the one thing that all of us have felt during this time?"

"It's just completely disconnected from the world," he adds. "We've gotten so accustomed to looking at a screen instead of human interaction, and I think the thing that keeps us all encouraged and hopeful is just the idea of knowing that there will be a tomorrow."

Nick tells Lowe that his wife Priyanka Chopra Jonas "loves" his new music, adding, "Most of the songs are pretty much just love letters...when I can't articulate the way I feel with my words...I go to the studio."

As for The Jonas Brothers, Nick says that he's "excited to get with [them] and find our big stadium song to go and play those shows again for our fans...but it's really nice to make something that just feels right to me."

Lady Gaga offering $500K reward for information leading to recovery of her stolen dogs

Gaga with Asia & Koji: Michael Stewart/GC ImagesLady Gaga's beloved French bulldogs were stolen in an incident that left her dog walker hospitalized -- and she wants them back, no questions asked.

ABC News has confirmed that two of Gaga's three French bulldogs -- Koji and Gustav -- were stolen last night in Hollywood and the dog walker was shot and wounded.  She's offering a $500,000 reward to anyone who has the dogs, and the person who has the dogs can email KojiandGustav@gmail.com to claim the reward.

LAPD tells ABC News that since French bulldogs are very valuable and in high demand, it's likely that Gaga was not targeted, and the robber simply wanted the dogs.

TMZ reports that Gaga's third Frenchie, Asia, ran away and was later recovered by one of Gaga's bodyguards.  Gaga was in Rome shooting her role in Ridley Scott's upcoming movie Gucci when it happened, according to TMZ and Vulture

TMZ says the dog walker is likely to recover.
